In 2009 Jason Lawhorn met Jim Green, CPA, at the AICPA Tech+ Conference. Green operated a CPA firm in Jackson, Wyoming, and shared the same vision as Jason for a national firm for small businesses with focuses on automation, strategy, and education.
Lawhorn and Green eventually merged under the Lawhorn CPA Group, LLC brand. Today, Lawhorn continues to serve the beautiful community of Jackson virtually.
